五一周边游临时选择这住了一夜。前台服务态度较差，面无表情。虽没别的毛病，但一问三不知：早上自助餐加一位超过1.4的大童，餐费多少？答不知，你问餐厅；订房旅行社说入住礼包，有吗？答不知，你问第三方；房间要不吵的方向，答不知道哪边吵。结果我的房间在10楼，对着工地，桩机工作一夜，金属的摩擦声每隔一段时间就响一次，窗户紧闭也不隔音，一夜没睡好。早餐就不多说了，品质在五星中算差的，没有迎宾，没有到咖啡和及时撤盘。嘉华住过几家，就这家最差，山东泰安的不错，芜湖也比它好，跟南京万达希尔顿比，服务差了几个档次！最近订房开始用艺龙了，虽然我是携程多年的钻石，但比价后发现携程价格最近有点欺客，就拿这间房来说，艺龙比携程可以便宜40元，果断换帜。只是希望艺龙客服要跟上携程就更棒了。
