前台孙芮姑娘服务很好，办理入住也很顺畅，还帮我升了房，每次去马鞍山首选酒店就是万达嘉华。提一个小小的意见，房间细节卫生有待提高哦，因为连续住2次，房间的面池和沙发都有毛发，然后方巾盒子里的一次性纸垫还有上一个客人留下来的茶水渍和牙膏口的铝箔纸，我虽然不是一个爱挑剔的人，但是看着也不好，不过服务确实挺好的👍
