为什么只退了我一间房的押金？我和朋友一起去澳门于是一起定了两间房，押金是我一个人付的呢，因为遇到台风“天鸽”酒店大堂也进水了 当时停水停电的，没办法帮我退押金 前台说过两天就帮我退还押金，但是23号退房的，今天28号只退了我一间房的押金，我联系不上澳门的酒店 只能在点评里面说明情况了 请酒店尽快给我回复 退还另一个房间的押金到我卡上
