  房间非常大，服务超级好。管家的服务从出发前就开始了，24小时全方位服务，连泡澡水都帮助提前放好。有了下午茶加鸡尾酒，一日三餐都不用愁，房间水果点心多到根本吃不完。非常愉快的一次体验！

  服务：简直不要太完美，这是澳门我认为服务与价位最合适的酒店，有像管家一样的服务，可以满足所有个人需求，房间充满奢华，衞生与服务也是非常专业，每晚都会刷新各种美味小食与酒水，办理入住与退房也是非常方便，甚至全程送到机场门口，下次的澳门之旅我会毫不犹豫的继续选择这里

  在伦敦人御园短住两晚，从到达之前管家Willson和我的细节沟通就感觉到酒店服务不一般，非常高效周到，御园是我们这次澳门之旅特别挑选的酒店，因此对酒店体验充满了期待，我们经常出差住过不少酒店，有时在预期和实际体验中间存在不少差距，但是伦敦人御园酒店给予的却是不断的惊喜、感动和超预期的满意，了解到我们此行是为家中长者的生日旅行，酒店除了正常的礼遇之外，入住期间管家Willson 和Joa还贴心的作了温馨的安排，每一个点滴细节从小小的卡片到暖心的生日歌都让长者家和我们感动，感受到了家人般温暖的关怀。一个奢华酒店不仅仅是环境和硬件的高端，更加体现的是整个团队从总监到管家的运营理念以及超前的服务意识， 尤其打动人的是酒店的温度。御园是一个有温度的美好的如家一般的存在，在此我们向伦敦人御园团队表示诚挚的感谢。

  是次和父母及家人预祝儿子生日，特地选择了伦敦人御园。御园的服务果然一流，除了会事前联络外，因儿子有蚕豆症，亦特地在接待前上网查看食物须要注意的事宜。非常感谢管家Willson & Lucianna 的服务，非常贴心，尤其是Willson，因酒店没有非薄荷的儿童牙膏，而儿子不能使用含有薄荷的东西，? 特地安排在外购买，细节位满分。感谢酒店为儿子准备了生日蛋糕，职员为他唱生日歌，令他非常开心。 另外，酒店的早餐非常丰富，味道一流。感谢管家团队，用心记着每个人的喜好习惯而准备了温馨的礼品，使我们渡过了一次非常愉快及温暖贴心的周末小假期。
