  我订的是海景大床房，房间优雅别致，干净整洁，设施齐全且非常细心，迷你雪柜饮品丰富，连红酒??杯以及开瓶器都预备好了。浴室??浴缸和淋浴设备以及坐厕干湿分离非常好。登记入住的前台工作人员非常热情贴心，办理好入住手续即时提醒第一次到访入住的宾客客房升降机的位置以及早餐和其它餐饮具体时间，让宾客准确掌握就餐时间，办理退房手续后前台主管还及时询问宾客是否需要暂存保管行李??以及是否需要电招的士??服务，非常专业及贴心，认真要赞一个??！我还会继续预订这家酒店??，澳门皇冠假日酒店给了我一个非常愉快开心和满意的旅行入住体验。

  这是我们第3次入住皇冠假日酒店，每次都在见证他小小改变，以人员来说最有温度的是房务清洁员，热情又暖心（15楼的清洁员??）再来是前台服务员都很有礼貌。 软体方面，没记错的话之前使用的牙刷备品是一般塑胶，这次从包装到牙刷本体都改成环保材质超轻巧好用，连牙膏都升级成日本牌子的，还新增了到关闸接驳巴士，其他还有很多优点，对了最喜欢他的床，那个硬度刚刚好！睡得很舒服！

  Staffs are friendly and super helpful; they gave good suggestions to our itinerary. We mentioned before check-in that we would have an elderly with wheelchair and the room assigned to us was with arm supports equipped in toilet and with shower stool prepared. Very thoughtful, many thanks.

  Location is not so accessible. It’s further away from the city centre, but near to Gongbei port, they have free shuttle if you want to cross over to ZhuHai, China. Taxi seems to be the only way to go out / get back, unless you explore the local bus network. Travelling by taxi around Macau can be pretty costly. Cons is there are plenty of food options nearby due to the presence of many residential blocks. Tidy and quiet room with nice review. Bathroom size is big with a bathtub. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

  Always the best in Macau near the bridge to HK, food great, people are nice and let you have enough space to take reset.
