  酒店环境卫生服务都非常不错，景观很棒，可以直观铁塔，夜景真的好美腻，酒店会附送的儿童专用浴袍、牙刷，还有一对可爱的小熊玩具很暖心的服务，唯一欠佳的是浴室的淋浴??花洒喷头出水量太小，对于女性洗头发来说真的是超级难受，建议更换这些小设施设备，跟酒店的高大上更匹配。

  这次出差，选择了9点多以上评分的康莱德，果真实至名归，不负所望! 房间宽敞，设施过分齐全，服务周到得不要不要的?? 柜台先是升级给了一个观景房，让我可以每日每夜对着巴黎铁塔，捕抓其千姿百态。再来就是服务员不厌其烦地说明如何坐公交去目的地，换了打车的零钱，过后还让人送了路线图到房间。夜晚还送来窝心的小礼物。退房后，服务台帮忙查询最方便最快的离开澳门的方式。酒店的认真周到，热心友善，从一而终，实感宾至如归。 房间提供的handy设备实在棒! 可以旅游导航、打国内和国际漫游、分享热点。 酒店以通道连接着几家酒店与商场，刮台风时候躲在大厦里，解决生活基本需求没问题。一些来探访的朋友，都说下次一定要来康莱德。 建议酒店大堂弄得明亮些，或者加些可以拍照的建设，比较符合大酒店应有的气派。

  口岸有金沙城免费大巴，酒店位于凼仔，离市中心打车100元。设施非常不错，服务到位，比起内地很多五星酒店，这里服务更好。1000出头订的房间，感觉物有所值。连住三晚孩子在酒店游泳，楼下美食城吃饭方便。前台的服务态度极好，很满意很满意。隔壁喜来登人太多都在排长队办理入住，这里不用。宁可多花小几百有更好体验，我推荐朋友来住。

  从check in 到最后几乎说不出来任何缺点，带着宝宝尿不湿，宝宝餐具应有尽有！还赠送了宝宝玩具画笔，宝宝很开心！透过窗户就会看到铁塔，赏夜景的绝密房间，前台帅锅还给我做了免费升级，太大了！宝宝洗浴是强生的！酒店提供婴儿车康贝的！无押金，有宝宝的要注意啦！福音呀！去哪里都是超级方便！服务态度也是一级棒，下次来就住这里啦[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙][呲牙] 早餐的生滚海鲜粥，超级好吃就是需要排队，但是却非常值得[调皮][调皮][调皮]

  入住第一晚睡到半夜浑身发痒，起来呼叫了客服来帮我换被子和床单 之后就好了（绝对不是羽绒过敏），第二晚晚上12点27分 能清楚的听到隔壁房在放周柏豪的歌。
