真不知道你们网络平台是隶属你们酒店哪个部门管的，前台那个小的服务员态度那么差，你们居然也不说一下的吗？这是服务员吗？这是我大爷！灯光也不够，电视频道麻烦也更新一下！住了三天，要不是因为出差离分店近，我真的无语了

我不知道三星级是怎么来的，除了地理位置，那真的是无语了！前台那个比较小的，跟欠了她300万一样，那你申请退款别住了呀，摆脱我定大床房在先，你们没房，还有理了！电视频道很少，真心建议你们更新设备，所有的台听着都是一股洒洒洒的雪花声，听着我强迫症都犯了！就客房服务员态度会好一点儿
