很久都没去旧区住了，选择了英皇就是因为酒店购物方便，但酒店的前台服务态度真差，留东西在酒店了，跟前台说，他说等等，等了差不多半个小时，跟着又说去别的柜台找其他人联系一下，去了别的柜台又说等等，等了大概10分钟，又说等等我开个门给我上去拿，最后我直接放弃说不要了。再说说酒店，太旧了，比新区的酒店贵几百一天，订了两个房间两晚也没有新区的酒店好，卫生差，房间有一阵好大的风油精味道，有一间直接是臭的味道！免费再给我住我也不会再住
