酒店环境可以，大堂香水味重。要想吃午间的自助餐，必须在酒店大堂买午餐券，否则直接上去会多花钱，服务台也没提醒，结果临时决定吃自助，没买餐券，多花钱。自助餐蔬菜不多，西点和肉类偏多。酒店的有些服务生国语不大好，有时需要用英语沟通。前台愿意兑换少量零钱，点赞。酒店要付押金，两间两晚3000澳门元，银联的信用卡必须用带芯片的才能接受，不明白这是什么规矩，差点付不了押金。要求酒店加一条被子，结果被套和被褥是分离的直接送来，意思是让我们自己把被褥放进被套。这服务……第二晚的房间晚上储衣柜半夜会有滴滴的声音，整夜没睡好。不知啥情况。酒店有寄存行李服务，可以。门外有去港澳码头的免费穿梭巴士，还不错。
