本来在去哪儿预定的银河酒店，结果到了酒店才被告知没有预定上，当时已经晚上9点多拖着行李简直欲哭无泪，赶紧询问其他酒店情况，结果只剩下大仓，所以就预定了。但是入住以后才发现服务环境都很好。接待我们的前台是一位男士，知道我们在网上预定，耐心告诉我们可能要等半小时酒店才能收到确认信息，得知我们还没有吃饭，就建议先去吃饭还推荐24小时营业的餐厅，确认了打电话通知我们，而且主动帮我们办理了寄存。我们就放心去吃饭了，吃完饭看到博彩区又玩了会儿，快11点才回酒店，然后前台服务生先是像我们长时间的等待致歉，接着提出可以为我们免费升级豪华套房，体验酒店的服务，简直是意外之喜，第二天离店的时候也是主动帮忙拿行李一直送我们上车，服务真的不错，如果下次再去澳门，会再次选择艺龙大仓。
