大堂还不错，大堂服务人员态度都很nice，就是房间内部设施陈旧，连床头插座孔都没有，不方便。离店过口岸，大堂服务人员主动询问去哪里，帮我们叫车，点赞

酒店不错，离关口和赌场都很近，都是走路就可以了，如果在酒店去威尼斯，也可以坐酒店车或者门口有公交站，两个站就到2.8葡币一个，我都是晚上走路回去酒店的，刚到也是一路问人从莲花口岸走路过去酒店的，楼下是一个大转盘红绿灯，附近都是食市，很方便，酒店前台还可以帮忙兑换零钱，很方便，酒店设施都很好，是浴缸，水很大，很热，很好，也有吹风筒，房间就是缺少镜子，要去厕所才有镜子，这个需要增加我觉得，其他都很好，酒店有自己的车去大三巴，是到英皇娱乐集团，然后自己走过去两条街就是大三巴了，很方便，需要问前台拿车票，服务都很好，前台中午办理登记入住和退房比较多人，前台服务人手都可以，有几个工作人员，总体不错，值得推荐

性价比以及服务还是很好，但住的那晚没睡好，以及被单不知道有没换，睡的全身痒痒的，是三个人都同样，所以床单及被单，酒店必须要改善。不然价格再怎样优惠，也不会考虑了。
