酒店值班经理刘亚文先生和工程部的刘强真的太棒了，因为行李箱忘记密码，值班经理叫了吖强来帮忙，很热心的帮忙和想办法，但也会尊重客人的意见真么弄。酒店还是很满意的，性价比高！

酒店前台服务员，汉语英语粤语随意切换，服务态度很好。酒店距离龙环葡韵步行十分钟左右，离官步行也街也就十五分钟，很不错！
