航班取消，我们提供了航空公司的证明，差不多提前两个月就和酒店商量，只要求少订一天，结果酒店推网站，网站推代理商，踢皮球搞来搞去，跨境电话我们都打了不下几百元，还是不给解决，以前不知道艺龙服务这么不人性化，酒店也是口口声声说同意就是不实际行动。另外我觉得消费者有权知道自己的代理商是谁，凭什么暗箱操作不给知情权哪？这个服务的一星同时给网站和酒店，望改进！
