前台好像我欠他钱似的。在酒店内 给热线5打电话 问有没有Wi-Fi 他告诉我给4号打电话 就一句话的事情都不愿意告诉 我之后给4号打电话 告诉我没Wi-Fi 要去大堂。大堂前台给我放卡。竟然打不开房门 我又下楼去弄的 前台竟然告诉我是房门的问题 无语了。领导看见要抓紧治理啊
