酒店很新，房间很大，性价比超高。附近购物食饭很多选择，出行也挺方便的。唯一一个想提的是洗手间使用浴缸淋浴，浴缸太高对于老人家和小孩来说很不方便，其他都是挺好的。服务台工作人员都很有礼貌，值得推荐入住。

フェリーターミナルからマカオの中心街へ向かう途中にあります。フェリーターミナルから少しありますが歩いても行けます。近くにコンビニや飲食店、カジノがあり便利です。部屋は完璧に清掃されています。タオルやシーツ類も清潔です。従業員の方も皆さん親切で礼儀正しいです。メジャーの一流ホテルと品質は同等かそれ以上と思います。

我见第二天入住的服务态度变好了所以就继续办续住，连住了三个晚上，总体来说还可以，虽然房间不大但卫生方面还是做得很好，酒店设施也很新很齐全，酒店周边交通便利，吃喝玩乐样样有，就是服务效率慢了一点，才两个客人办退房等了半个小时还没办好，我问可以了吗？她才问几号房，报了房号她查了一下竟然说忘记了，还问我退押金给我没有，你还没帮我办理何来退押金给我呢，很愚蠢的问题，希望酒店对员工加强培训，住了三天，酒店没什么不好，服务态度还行，就是服务员意识太差。每年去澳门七八次住这么多酒店，只发现御龙酒店的前台服务员不够机智灵活??。希望有所改进吧。
