我是帮朋友情侶代訂的喜來登酒店房間，我明明在訂單上有備註一張大床房，但是到酒店前台辦理入住手續已經沒有一床房間，前台告知艺龙訂單未註明我就致電艺龙客服請協助与酒店溝通，結果艺龙客服態度非常差勁而且將責任歸咎於我，我ㄧ年在艺龙网訂房數最少有三.四十間，那就不清楚艺龙网是否不想做我的訂房生意呢？
