愉快的一次住宿体验，所有工作人员都特别亲切友善，国语都讲得特别溜，不担心沟通问题，出关时孩子衣服不小心落酒店大巴，礼部经理帮忙处理，真心感谢，如果下次去，还是喜欢去这里住，地理位置也超好，到大三巴葡京娱乐场步行10分钟就到，真的很便利。

来了很多次澳门，第一次入住16浦酒店，感觉很棒，配套十分完善。不过本来很开心的，但就是被黑心的士搞了一肚子火。希望澳门政府能够尽快解决黑心的士问题，特别是那些年轻的的士司机！
