服务态度好 但是设施太差 配不上五星级酒店的标准 卫生不干净 房间有烟味有烟头 空调太冷 不能调温 一有设备问题就说换房 这种换房战术另客户疲惫 因为有老人小孩 一早就要求无烟房 就说住满没有了 非要投诉就升级换房 明明就是有空房 整晚空调就19度 冷死人 无语

从进入这间酒店就象回到家感觉，服务一流，设施，卫生超五星，前台免费升级行政商务房，还有免费洗衣服，总的来说十乡满意我会介绍其他人入住顺便多谢房问服务质介绍司机送我们到水东。
