前台人员服务态度怠慢，办理入住手续要20分钟左右，酒店残旧不堪，房间灯光阴暗潮湿，天花板跌了几块落来，装修差，无网络，唯一的好处就是近海边！不值这个价格

下午时间段入住接待人员不足，等待时间长。订的海景房看不到海景，前台服务人员消极回应，好在同程网客服跟进处理了，房间没wifi不说了，连电视也放不了，找工作人来处理了半个小时多搞不定，最终只好放弃了…。说点优点吧：海滩环境这些还不错，小朋友玩得开心。
