酒店位置好，在景区里的海边，很方便。酒店服务差，退个房半天退不了，耽误行程！海鲜城吃早餐时更是气个半死，奇葩服务员把我们吹着的风扇拿去给别人吹，难道我们不是顾客，他们才是？下海游了一下跳着回去洗澡，全身瘙痒，特别是私密部位，洗完还是很痒。这海水也太脏了吧，咋不处理下污染问题呢？没的游泳，谁来你们这住店？！

订了双人房却给了大床房，当时艺龙网承诺补回加床现金或不加床就赔预付卡二选一，但是到最后加床我给钱酒店，艺龙却给我预付卡1年有效但是不能做押金，但是订酒店经常到店付，我100元什么时候才能用，艺龙骗子

为了一间房，花了一两少时，可见办事效率的速度，与网站沟通也很有问题，没有及时更新信息，让住客一脸无奈！可好好检讨一下网订的问题，要及时沟通，信息要更新及时，不要让美丽的海滩被不良的酒店服务污染了！
