我原来住过杭州的温德姆，当时住的是女士专用楼层，印象还不错。这次就选了茂名电白的温德姆，结果去到那里，就是一个周围环境特别杂乱的地方，走在乡道还是县道上，如果没有导航根本找不到， 因为虽然它建在旅游景区里，但是根本没有指示牌来稍稍引导下。 关键的问题还不在这，一千四百多的亲子房，说是复式的，结果去了发现，上面搭了个小阁楼，放的儿童地铺，后面的条凳下和楼梯上全是灰尘，这让别人怎么住？ 明明我订这个是因为一家三口一起出行的。 而且所有的洗漱用品配备不齐，找前台要，打了总机和前台，客房，包括什么大堂经理之类的，都不接。 就算是过年人少，也要解决客人的急需啊！电话通了，又催了两遍没给送，这会是晚上十点多，我们一路奔波几小时过去，晚上特别想后洗洗休息了，过了四十多分钟不实洗浴用品，我只好自己下楼去前台催，两个前台的人回复我没办法，因为这是客房的事情。 我觉得太搞笑，你还号称国际知名品牌，什么全世界开店数最多的酒店，以这种服务和品质，在一个不知道多少线的乡镇卖高价房？ 住宿和饮食体验都好差！！！1400多元大洋的房间洗手间局促的可怜转不开身，前面是洗手台，坐在马桶上开门就能撞到脸。
