跟朋友带着小孩入住，前台告知请安排安静些的房间，结果正在办理的时候，来了酒店的熟人，直接把我们的房间取消了，安排了河边的房间，晚上吵的厉害，根本没法入睡。卫生一般，没有想象中的干净。

是因为榕园没有房间了，我们才定的这里，想不到是意外的惊喜，环境闹中取静，没有完全临河，是一个个小小的院落，我们住的行政套间，设施很不错，推荐。

一进房间时还蛮开心的，觉得房间设施还不错。但是软件太差，影响了我们全家的出游心情！热水不热，没有WIFI，还停电，前台服务态度也不好，提问都是爱理不理。柳江古镇不错，住宿的地方也很多，下回坚决不选这儿了
