环境卫生一般，服务差，让加个枕头前台很不耐烦，说是没有了，后来我强烈要求不然就不住了才拿过来一个枕头，送枕头的人服务也极差，敲门声很大力好像要打架一样，床太硬，一晚上都没有睡好，酒店设施及用品老旧
