实在是很差的设施，完全不是那三星级牌牌应有的水平！大堂服务一般，人要叫了才来。因是三人房，就在大堂走廊旁，一边的窗子为了通风全打开了，大冷天的。房里设施直没有三星，厠所浴室只能站一人，洗完澡全都湿了，挂衣服也没地方。下水口一直有嗅味倒灌，要用垃圾筒盖着。WiFi更不用说了，好容易连上，但慢如蜗牛，根本就上不了网，房间还在大堂边呀！携程定都要快400的价格，完全对不起三星牌子！

所谓的三星其实是十多年前的标准了，陈旧的床，桌子，电视机，为何还让这间如快捷、旅馆设施的酒店打着三星的旗号，按着三星的标准收费？我住了那么多酒店从来未打烂过杯子，在这里却因摆放位置不合理竟打烂了两个杯子。车位也不优先安排给住户，还要我们在街边找车位。服务还是好的，水壶因太差给我换了一个新的，是中心区，逛街吃饭都方便。

当晚十点多才订，去到说没房，让我们去前面一栋住房部，感觉就像宾馆，而且五楼wifi信号非常弱……
