酒店在旅游度假区内，和客家小镇是一体的。酒店位置方便，到梅州火车站不到10分钟车程，旁边是万达，环境一流。酒店服务有待待改进，房间离总台有一段距离，早上接送车7：40才上班，早上赶时间，只能冒雨走了差不多10分钟走过去，弄得一身湿。严重不人性化和服务不周。吐槽！
