环境还不错，就是夜晚嘈杂声音太多了，整夜都睡不好，失眠了！早上7点左右还有洗屋檐的清洁工简直没有顾及客人休息的感受！抓狂??

很不舒服的一次入住，叫了几次电瓶车接送，等了20多分钟都没人来接，打电话也催了几次，走下来了，才告知来车。响应速度太差，有很大的进步空间

真的是很垃圾，最垃圾是酒店服务人员，除了前台妹子还可以，其他简直垃圾。50元观光车因为是春节只开了一小段，在山上放我们下来,要自己走下来。酒店的电瓶车在那里发呆，我们老人小孩不肯送到小镇门口。早餐非让我们去小镇的客家餐厅吃，然后还没有位置、又到山上舞台去。
