酒店前台女服务员完全没有诚信！收了豪华单间的钱，却给了一间小小的温馨单人间。入住后对比艺术网上图片介绍返回前台询问，服务员先是说给的就是豪华单间，只有这一间了；又说自己是新来的员工不清楚房型，还几次说“别闹，别影响其他客人”。跟她说找领导解决，她立刻退了25元房差价。这是网上订房首次遭遇这种欺骗。虽然差价只有20多元，但这酒店对员工的职业素养教育和服务意识教育可是太差劲了！别拿顾客当白痴，无德无诚信及服务业大忌！有愧于成为艺龙大网站的合作酒店呀！
