房间新装修，设施比较全，卫生还好，维护一般。电脑不能上网，公共wife很慢，隔音非常差，尤其是楼下面有一群广场舞大妈、隔壁住了一窝大嗓门的熊孩子熊家长的时候。早餐只有馒头稀饭。停车场可以用隔壁食药监局的。最大的好处是装修够结实，8.8地震的时候没有什么东西掉下来砸人。

第二次入住了，整体还是比较满意。 在旅游主干道上，同时又是行政新区，晚上睡觉不吵。 只是3001单人间台盆，出不了热水，改进下。
