前台的杨莉美女服务特别热情，也很贴心。早上打电话说要带我们逛园区，打小高球～～～中午还送了果盘到房间。度假区整个服务氛围都是非常专业，温馨的。以后到罗浮山还是会选择来这里的。

套房内部感觉很久没人住，蚊虫 蜘蛛网，前台服务没亲和力！不过，餐饮、烧烤、温泉的服务态度都很好！温泉虽然不大，但种类，花样挺好！套房那边的水是不是该清淤了！性价比一般。
