设施和整体服务意识不咋的，甚至泡完澡后沐浴的蓬头是坏的，水也是凉的，回家还被冻感冒了，不过管家谢义雪的服务非常到位，棒棒哒

设施体现环保，比较简单。卫生还算好，温泉可能因为假期人多，确实不咋的，没感受到温暖...我在艺龙旅行网定的房间，居然比到前台现订房贵不少，打电话投诉后，艺龙承诺退回差额，我静候.....房间1500左右，性价比不高。
