早餐还可以，不知道能不能加床，适合带孩子，酒店位置靠近万达茂乐园，有停车位置，门童服务也不错，客房服务也很及时，我们落下了东西也主动联系帮忙寄过来，整体服务不错的。

挺适合来玩的，酒店离西站很近，附近有融创乐园、电影乐园、海洋乐园，有免费的地面停车场，酒店大堂很好，华丽大气，前台小妹敖文清服务态度很好，声音也很好听，房间还给我们免费做了升级，行李员杨麒麟很热心的帮我们拉行李以及介绍周边游玩的地方，很好。房间带浴缸、阳台朝着超大的后花园，妥妥的五星标准了，酒店早餐种类齐全，很好吃。10楼的游泳池住店免费开放简直太棒了，总体来说住的很开心，下次还会继续来光顾!性价比很高，给文华点赞，好，好，好，好，好！

五星级酒店的环境和细节做得就是不一样，衣帽间，浴室，大阳台都很棒，早餐要另外收费，适合带孩子，有恒温泳池，有大浴缸，酒店外面有花园，适合早晚一家人去散散步，酒店服务很好，走到对面生活区有早餐，宵夜，超市，都很方便。还可以提前联系酒店去地铁口接送，位置相对其他酒店离融创茂和融创乐园远了一些，但是其他方面棒极了！我们家孩子非常喜欢这个酒店，下次还想去入住！

交通设施便利，离地铁站非常近，还有礼宾车接送，服务非常周到，礼宾员服务态度好，酒店大气，基础设施完善，前台敖文清和裴蕾还有大堂经理夏雪群服务十分周到热心，房间配套设施完善，好好好好好好好好好！
