不好意，我是真不想评这么低的评分。第一服务差，我们下午一点半退房，行李寄存在礼宾部下午4点走。房间遗留一条苹果数据线，结果客房检查完房后尽然没有报给前台处理。晚上回到厦门后打电话到酒店，酒店还不知道怎么回事。还说第二天找下，结果第二天早上8点15分就打过来，姐……我们昨晚半夜才到厦门啊，还让不让人睡觉?真是连什么时候可以跟客人确认都不知道。前台！本来第一天办理入住的女孩还是很不错的，但是后来就不行了，第二天安排的大床房是安排的拼床的大床房。酒店也是够了，也不知道跟客人沟通下，两张床拼在一起，人睡两张床合并的地方，身子睡的不协调，能睡好?没房也不能干这样的事啊，只是要跟客人沟通下吧。看下客人的意见吧！酒店处理遗留物尽然很有礼貌的说‘我们处理遗留都是晚上22：30处理的’处理**，不应该是及时处理吗?这样客人说不定还可以回来拿呢?还就是，你们处理就处理吧，还要来个到付?客人走遗留东西在房间，第一时间查房查的什么东西?怎么查的OK房?查房查得不好，最后还要客人担责出快递费?破酒店还皇冠酒店。要是洲际管理经营的酒店是这样早该破产了。好好学学酒店经营管理吧，还是好好学学洲际的服务理念吧。*……
