酒店总体硬件是不错的，浴室超大，而且前台和礼宾部服务都很赞，早餐中规中矩吧，谈不上惊艳，该有的都有，下次来南昌还会入住。

可惜酒店的硬件了，老板投资这么大却招了些无职业道德的人，尤其是大堂余经理严重影响酒店的形象，下次不会入住了。

酒店设施房间很好，大堂气派豪华。周围环境稍微有点吵，但是不可能十全十美。但是，酒店服务员房务服务中心的不大好，问要茶叶，一直不来，再打电话，好像是忘记了，慢慢磨蹭总算来了，还对我说免费的水，也要收费，可我只要了2瓶。早餐改进了不少，比过去好很多。本来我不想订的，看来改进以后还是很不错的，坚持下去，客人一定多。总的来说，很不错了，小的地方希望酒店改进工作。
