酒店各方面都是不错的，但这次我要说的是同程艺龙方面。一晚上我连定两个酒店，第一个，房型和预定时完全不符，差太多了。叫素慈宫婵意酒店。最后也就是把订单退掉了事。然后我定嘉莱特酒店的浪漫水床房，到酒店前台办入住被告知酒店没有这种房间，很早以前就没有了，而且也通知过你们。为什么还会出现这样的错误，半夜一点了，我连两家酒店，沟通电话也打了那么久，最后还是要我退单重新选择其他房型定过，你们不是在折腾人吗？亏我还用你们的APP这么久，连人家酒店前台都叫我换个平台定。你们好意思吗？
