入住办理竟然说查不到信息，费了周折差不多两个小时才入住，设施陈旧，和五星不附，卫生可以。退房时又遇问题，摆在房间的矿泉水说是进口32一瓶，而放在卫生间和卫生用品放在一起的才是免费。试问，放在马桶旁的矿泉水符合五星免费吗？
