不安全，酒店后面就是工地和老旧区，也不方便，门口全是高架，酒店附近走路都能被社会人员干扰，很不安全！酒店服务台经常打不通电话没人接，除了迎宾小哥，其他服务人员全都焉焉的，酒店虽然挺大，但是整体体验很不好

因为被瑞颐吓到了，我以为南昌酒店都是这么没有服务意识的。所以在这里定了一个最便宜的房间（瑞颐定的是江景豪华套房），因为是我一个人办理入住，前台了解到先生看着孩子在车里（停车场）睡觉，安排服务生推行李车到停车场帮我拿行李送放房间，为了让我们一家人有更好的旅途休息，主动免费升级套房…然后就没什么好说的。这才是老牌五星酒店的素质，虽然硬件确实不够新酒店的，但是给异乡人的温暖足够！两百多的房费，真的出乎我意料，感谢你们。辛苦了
