房间卫生极差，入住后发现地毯上都是头发，叫服务员过来打扫，回复我，明天吧。在我强烈要求下才拿了一个海绵拖把在地毯上刮，眼看上大量头发团刮出，服务员竟然对我说，这么干净的房间，你怎么这么事多。我顿时无语。我提出能否再给我提供条浴巾，服务员回复，不可以，要加收洗涤费。在携程订房时促销信息中显示，可延迟到下午2:30退房，在跟前台提出延迟退房时回复是，在网上订的房间全部都是12点退房，如果你想2点退可以，加收100元钟点费！最终打给携程后，问题才得以解决
