首先，房间卫生搞得不错，可以说搞卫生的很负责，周边环境也很好，交通便利，但酒店服务很差，很差，前厅接待问题不断，都是酒店方面原因，管理做的太差，一个身份证搞2次，各种无语，客观的说新开业的住宿条件是不错，但好称高档酒店的服务各种不到位，最难过的是先不说早餐的种类和好不好吃，早餐架上给食客的餐具里面有活虫，还有眼睫毛，无语，提醒管理人员后，管理人什么也不说的淡定的拿走了。哎。无语...
