酒店门口服务员，有点眼高！对于出租车下来的乘客只是随便看看，没有主动拿行李！而我们后面从奔驰下来的主动问候又拿行李。对于这点很无奈！！前台的服务很好，很幸运的给升房了。大厅很干净，香氛也很好闻。房间内很宽敞，但洗澡水不是很热。（没反应到前台，太晚了）总之是次很好的入住体验。酒店达到了洲际的服务标准。大门口的服务员意识还有待提高
