入住此酒店并不是很满意，我们一家4人来旅游，带着一位86岁老人，两间房尽然不在一个楼层，要求调换，经过周折后才换到一个楼层（总台服务员服务意识与素质有待提高）。
早餐用餐时，有一位客人还没走到餐台，汤勺不小心打碎，马上有一位服务员追来要赔偿10元,我想这位客人还有心情吃早餐？
我觉得此酒店需加强对员工培训，提高服务意识与内涵

酒店很不错，离火车站近，去市中心八一纪念馆，滕王阁也比较近。房间很大，卫生还可以，设备略老，但服务不错。早餐丰富，味道也挺不错。退房时忘了东西在房间，服务员还很热情的帮忙找，帮忙邮寄快递，非常感谢。
