服务还可以，靠近火车站，交通方便。就是年代有些长了，房间内有些地方发霉了。

酒店位于南昌市区，靠近火车站，对于要坐火车出行的比较方便。酒店装修较老，号称4星，实际最多3星，但提供双早。

总体来讲还好，因为已不是第一次入住该洒店了，离火车站近出行方便，淋浴室水道不是很通畅，要是多淋浴会儿可能会水漫金山要改善，还有毛巾不干净，不经意看到有一条上粘有淡黄的东西，不敢用，还好自已有带毛巾出行的习惯。

入住时大堂接待处三位服务员都在看电脑，我等了5分钟无人搭理。br结算时服务员说我没交还房卡，让我上楼找了两次，最后我说房卡已交，请他查查，终于在服务员手里找到了。这时另一位顾客对服务员说：我的房卡也交给你了，快退给我100元。服务员乖乖推给这位顾客100元。看来这家酒店的房客丢房卡是常事。打扫卫生的服务员说丢房卡要交罚金100元。br三星设施，五星收费，二星服务。和其所挂四星实在不符。

从未遇过如此差的酒店，入住后房间无人打扫，前台态度极差，下午来电房间弄错，要求换房，态度相吃了子弹，在住客不同意的情况下，有3个男的硬闯房间，知道晚上10点都没有协调好，打了艺龙的客服30分钟的电话，最后才住下来，结账时前台有意为难，弄的人十分不爽，请问这是四星的酒店吗？艺龙为什么要找这样的酒店合作？简直就是一场噩梦。
