酒店地处繁华地段，整体装修还可以。房间内硬件设施参差不齐，电视等比较先进，地板采用地毯铺设，有些房间内已经比较旧，与其它设施不配套；餐厅就餐花样少，服务态度还好。

卫生比较差，地毯脏极了，卫生间也不不太干净。早餐极差，不如没有。挂四星的标，实际上连三星都达不到。大堂还可以，位置也不错，离火车站较近。

酒店离南昌站很近，交通很方便。酒店外表有点老，所订的豪华房价格不高，但房型有点偏小。但卫生和服务还可以，而且还提供双早。要是能提供液晶电脑能上网就好了。

一进房间，地板上有用过的拖鞋，烟头、疑似老鼠屎、爬动的小蟑螂；杯子是用过的，网速极慢；反映给酒店，回复约：昨天客人退房晚，没来的急打扫好！暴汗！！！

先说预定服务：服务差，非让顾客8点之前离店，否则不予预定，还说他们并未与同程网有业务往来。虽然我6点半就离店，但对于酒店服务生强硬的口吻感到诧异，再加上所谓没有业务往来这一说，于是向同程网客服说明了情况，好在同程网马上联系了酒店方，解决了我的问题。br再说酒店：四星级宾馆里的地毯脏到恶心，橙色的沙发扶手和坐垫部分都是不知名的污迹与斑点，空调噪音太大...
