刚入住的时候发现刷房卡没反应，正准备离开去前台问问怎么回事，突然一推发现门根本就没上锁，连住了两天居然没人来打扫卫生也是醉了，其他方面和铂尔曼品牌还是匹配的，细节上还是要提高。

是A4纸质量太好了的缘故吧，服务员把押金单交给我没有用信封装，把我手划破了。建议以后用信封装了交给客户，房间678不带浴缸。不如住红谷滩嘉华，周边环境还可以，勉勉强强四星水平！
