酒店态度一般，儿童拖鞋没有，儿童浴袍没有，儿童牙刷也没有，酒店一楼写着有棋牌室，问服务员有没有，直接答复说，我们没有的…那么请把一楼电梯的棋牌室的标志撤了再这么告诉客人呗？点个外卖，连外卖小哥都不允许人家进到大堂，大冬天的又是大年初一，就这么对人家…多的也不愿意说了。这种服务不会来第二次了。

地铁站南昌九龙湖南2号口出来，走200米即到，地铁出行方便，大堂直通后面的九龙湖湿地公园，比较安静宜人。早餐也不错，暖和可以到外面露天用餐，有露天吧。用餐运气好的话，会碰到在此下榻的八一篮球运动员。客房视野也比较好，可以看到九龙湖风景区全景，以及远处的赣江。

离南昌高铁站不远，地处万达广场，吃饭出行很方便，酒店设施崭新，服务非常棒，四周环境超一流，床垫卧具睡着很舒服，非常满意。
