酒店还可以，服务非常差，香格里拉现在差劲到这种程度了？我在前台通知送个剃须刀给我，我在门口等着，结果我在门口等了10分钟人没来，中间还打电话催送了，然后我下来去前台问，前台让我稍等，人走了，没人搭理我了，一会回来说送前台这边，我说不用了，她竟然问我该怎么办？你们是在逗我么？真不知道你们酒店是怎么样去培训员工的，就这样的服务我感觉别做酒店了，不适合你们，你们今天如果没一个处理结果，那我会告诉你们该怎么办

去南昌办事的，住的很舒服。服务也非常好。建议去住，窗户对着秋水广场，风景很美。晚上吃的酒店自助餐比较丰盛。早餐也很好。
