对这次的酒店有点失望，可能期望太高了。升级了江景房，点评看到的送的夜宵，两晚都没有送。对自带洗漱用品送小鸭子，服务员也没有送，还是电视里和电梯里广告看到的。吃饭两顿，晚上和中午，服务员不了解优惠，问起来才说住店可以打九折。还有早餐，小孩一米以上就要六十元，有些不划算。打扫的时候，沐浴液也没有给我们备，还需要自己去要。当然，也有送货机器人瑞宝这样小朋友喜欢的高科技。总之，这样的服务，硬件和软件和五星级酒店以及瑞士管理比起来，不能等价。第一次来南昌，不知道是不是在南昌的酒店管理中有比较优势。
