老牌大酒店，帮外地客人订的，之前专门打电话给总台请他们给安排到新装修的楼层，答应的好好的，结果客人来了住的还是装修没有更新的楼层，说装修老旧。总台的服务让人很不满意

内部环境不错，不过刚一进屋，屋里味道不好，开窗口通气好多了，自助早餐人不多，哈可以。周边有个虹桥购物中心，吃饭比较方便。
