From entering the hotel to checking out, I was consistently warmly treated by the services provided by Adou. The concierge proactively helped with luggage handling. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was meticulously cleaned every day. The room was well-equipped, with a clear TV and a fully-intelligent toilet, which was incredibly convenient. Even a warm glass of milk was thoughtfully delivered in the evening. The staff’s phrase of “welcome back next time” upon checkout made me feel particularly warm and welcoming. The service quality truly has no words to describe.

第一次来体验亚朵 4.0，超预期的体验，前台小姐姐服务很热情，昨天南京降温下雨，回到酒店的时候已经很冷了，小姐姐立刻给送上了一杯热茶，感觉很温暖（???）っ??

房间很乾净，枕头和床垫特别软，睡起来很舒服。有一个大大窗户。挺安静的。就是刚进去的时候有一点点烟味，别的都挺好的。送餐机器人里面居然是保温的热的，很细节！
