房间挺大的，地理位置方便，新区人少。 酒店早餐位置是宽敞的，但是人手不够，还有下麪条的阿姨很吝啬，馄饨是用夹子一粒一粒数着给的，一碗有6小粒，蔬菜不叫加上是不会给的。

晚上一回酒店，坐在沙发上手碰到沙发缝一个东西扎到我手，然後出来看是用过的性物品，然後打电话给前台前台説会有阿姨立马来打扫或者是给我们换房，我们晚上已经很累了，没有这个精力再给你动来动去了，想让你打扫一下，後面等了半个多小时，阿姨才来就用手把这个拿掉了，随便擦了一下沙发用抹布，这种事情我不会干吗？那我打你这个电话是有什麽用呢？我是要你消毒，然後前台説送给我们一点吃的，我们是买不起这麽点吃的吗？我没有看到任何诚意，也没有看到任何售後处理。

以前住了很多次频率比较高，从来没有收过我们按金。这次来过来有段时间没住了，就突然问我们收按金了。。然後进了房间发现衞生纸几乎没有了，也没有备用的，打了电话喊客房服务送。感觉没有之前打扫衞生细心。其他都还好吧，整体还是 ok 的，

酒店整体明亮乾净 地理位置不错 房间环境也舒适 落地窗很喜欢 服务人员态度良好
有几个不合理的点：
1.床头没有给手机充电的地方
2.灯光总控的按钮关不掉 一直在闪
3.外卖送的慢
4.接外卖的电话在厕所里 然後感觉厕所不是特别乾净
5.楼层低的话早上会有油烟味
酒店环境整体住下来比较舒适 但是这些小细节确实不到位 看个人需求了 也希望能重视顾客的诉求 越来越好

现在已经很少给酒店打分了，每周我都出去度假，好久没住这家了，本想来怀旧一下的，正好有十倍积分活动，每次入住都是他家套房！
1.先説不满意点，我是酒店首页直接定的房间包含套餐，办理入住时无人介绍。所以套餐里没有使用到。
2.你套餐里不介绍就算了，我当时定的是一份早餐的，作为老客户也不另送一份。
3.客房电视也是坏的。
4.外卖送到前台後，机器人没个半小时送不进客房里。
5，地下室和门口的门僮各自玩手机，见到客人不説你帮我开门吧，一句你好也没有，看见就撇下头玩自己手机了。
6.我把车开到大厅门口退房，门口门僮还向我车内副驾驶走进探头去看，客人私隐这些难得都不培训？
住了全国上百城市酒店了，你是第二家差评，还是我自己城市的酒店。
