    酒店超出预期，前台小姐姐服务周到，酒店乾净、整洁、衞生，设施也很齐全。本来想去汤山一号度假区去泡温泉，结果酒店自己的温泉就很不错，足不出户带着孩子们泡了一天，玩得很开心！再有机会下次一定多住几天??

    整体来説还是比较满意的，服务也比较好。但是早餐比较少，餐厅很小，所以早上用餐高峯就会很拥挤，早上吃早饭几乎要抢位子。温泉的品种也不多，室内室外的加起来都在温泉酒店里算少的。元旦期间两晚要2800，总的来説性价比不算高。

    必须要首先夸一下酒店服务 小管家从没入住就开始服务 这次入住体验直接拉满！必须酒店服务和我的专属小管家疯狂打 call！ 从订单谘询开始到办理入住，小管家就特别热情周到，主动帮我提行李，还细致介绍了酒店设施和周边游玩攻略。入住期间遇到的问题小管家不仅第一时间赶来处理，还贴心跟进后续情况，这位年轻人解决问题的效率和态度都没得挑。 全程感受到的都是酒店服务人员无微不至的照顾，完全是宾至如归的感觉！酒店淮阳菜不错，早餐很丰盛，冲着这个服务，下次泡温泉肯定还选这家！强烈推荐

    非常棒的亲子酒店 酒店唯一一间的至尊温泉私汤套房真不错 房间很大 住的很舒服 房间里有很大的圆形浴缸 不过私汤是露天的 冬天刮风还是有点冷的 酒店服务很好 有24管家服务 有什么需求随时可以微信联系管家 公共区域的温泉在隔壁楼 有室内小童池不错 酒店的小童乐园非常棒 有很多适合低龄小宝宝玩的 3岁以下的宝宝也能玩得很开心 下次还会再来
